Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store teams to meet customer service, operations, and sales goals.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to manage front-end and pharmacy operations and schedules.
• Monitor and coach team members to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure store assets are protected and store safety standards are followed, including compliance with laws and regulations.
