• Manages scheduling, time records, and store coverage to ensure smooth front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Analyzes performance data and drives improvements to customer experience and store profitability.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, laws, and safety standards.
• Collaborates with Pharmacy for busy periods and external partners for community outreach.
