Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record
• Two years supervisory experience (or Walgreens internship)
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters to manage front-end operations.
• Leads and manages store team including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve store deliverables and operate in absence of the Store Manager.
