Qualifications

• Firearms CBC/Certification if facilities sell firearms; state Certificate of Eligibility if ammunition only.
• Complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Communicate and collaborate on store operations, technology, initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
• Introduce and lead change efforts, set clear expectations, and implement business solutions.
• Model and demonstrate OBW customer service standards.
• Manage customer service initiatives and resolve customer issues.
• Track and evaluate profit‑loss, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Ensure merchandising presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operations.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations, and recognize associates.
• Recruit and develop qualified staff.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders and support business needs.
• Maintain compliance with policies, values, ethics, and integrity.
