Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced leader to supervise the store’s customer service, front-end operations, and the pharmacy/Retail Store. This role works closely with the Store Manager to drive daily performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

You will recruit, train, and develop team members, manage scheduling, mentoring, and performance, and lead initiatives to improve customer experience and profitability across Walgreens locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of supervisory experience with a high school diploma/GED.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
