Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma with two years supervisory experience.

• Must complete Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate/promote to Store Manager, if offered, and transfer to other Walgreens locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front end operations to achieve store deliverables.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operation and drives merchandising, assets protection, and profitability.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Manages scheduling, time records, and coverage to ensure adequate team presence.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to identify sales opportunities and action plans.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards across store activities.
