Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required; or Walgreens Community Internship Program; or HS diploma/GED with 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong ethics, self-motivation and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; assists in managing front end and pharmacy operations.
• Supports Store Manager with overall store operations and achievement of company deliverables.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of direct reports to keep teams engaged.
• Analyzes store performance data and implements action plans for improvement.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements across store activities.
