• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate to support promotion to Store Manager and transfer to other Walgreens stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-end and pharmacy operations to support store performance.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Develops coaching plans and prioritizes customer service improvements.
• Monitors store compliance with company policies and local laws.
• Manages scheduling, shift coverage, and time records.
• Partners with Store Manager and District Manager to drive sales and profitability.
