Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and supports Pharmacy/Store operations.
• Engages customers, resolves complaints, coaches team, and drives customer experience improvements.
• Oversees store operations, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Leads training, performance management, and recruitment to build capable teams.
• Supports business performance analysis and implements action plans for store growth.
