Qualifications

• Completion of LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of start date.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work flexible schedule.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and store operations to meet company deliverables.
• Lead front-end and pharmacy operations, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Analyze financial and performance data to drive store improvements and growth.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and development of team members; manage discipline as needed.
