Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record OR HS diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.
Demonstrated leadership abilities including professional ethics, self-motivation and strong communication skills.
Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks for eligible roles.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
Willingness to relocate or transfer to other Walgreens stores as needed.

Responsibilities

Supervises customer service associates and front end/store operations; assists Store Manager with overall operations.
Leads store team recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
Engages customers and patients, handles complaints, and improves customer experience.
