Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program or two years of supervisory experience

• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and provides recommendations for store operations.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves complaints, and shares customer service best practices.
• Leads store operations, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and asset protection.
