Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience or training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise and wardrobe selections.
• Lead by example in sales presentation and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, and develop new teammates.
• Oversee store operations and adherence to policies.
