Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Grand Island, NE. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, and daily store operations while recruiting and developing teammates.

You will lead by example, deliver legendary guest service, and ensure execution of visual standards, POS procedures, and loss prevention guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each guest.
• Answer questions about the store and merchandise; help locate and obtain merchandise based on guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service; maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and POS procedures.
• Recruit, train and develop new teammates and maintain a positive floor culture.
• Own and influence product through zone ownership and visual standards; ensure a clean, shoppable store.
