Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end operations and supports pharmacy and retail store profitability.
• Leads store team, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline to meet company deliverables.
• Owns scheduling, time records, and shift coverage; ensures compliance with policies and applicable laws.
