Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, retail management, or financial management required.
• 2+ years management experience in retail/operations with supervision and staffing responsibilities.
• 2 years general management experience including financial accountability.
• Firearms CBC or state firearm eligibility where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop associates and leaders to prepare for Store Manager opportunities within Walmart US.
• Train in merchandising, people leadership, financial management, customer experience, and community engagement.
• Assist in managing store financial performance and budgeting; monitor sales and profits.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, and inventory levels.
• Lead staffing plans, talent pipelines, and succession planning processes.
• Engage with communities and maintain relationships as a company representative.
• Support store objectives, performance feedback, and compliant operations.
• Maintain policy compliance and uphold Walmart values and ethics.
