Buckle is hiring for a full-time Store Leadership role in Hutchinson. The Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager duties focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, leading sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

You will train teammates, manage performance, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to grow sales, recruit and develop teammates, and uphold Buckle standards across guest service, product knowledge,
