Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Lincoln, Nebraska area. You will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and working toward running your own location.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentoring, and community engagement, with a path to lead a team and grow within the company. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or near graduation, 18+ years old, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or within one semester of graduating.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more of the following: sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership.

Responsibilities

• Begin hands-on Management Training and learn all aspects of the business.
• Rotate through sales, customer service, operations, and finance to prepare for a future branch.
• Build relationships in the community and develop a high-performing team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote Enterprise products and services.
• Join a culture focused on promotion from within and career progression.
