Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Omaha, NE is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a MT you will start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, developing in sales, customer service, operations, and leadership skills.

You will receive mentoring, training, and a clear path to run your own branch, earning competitive pay and a robust benefits package including PTO, insurance, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or within 1 semester of graduating) and degree conferred to start.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 6 months experience in two or more: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athletics, Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, master knowledge to eventually run your own branch and grow your team.
• Receive mentoring and support in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Commit to putting customers first as part of a culture of friendly competition.
