Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker’s Commercial Sales SLP in Washington DC area is a three-rotation program for recent graduates. You’ll learn Retail, Commercial & Industrial, and Sales Support roles while building skills in data analysis, product knowledge, and field engagement.

You will work with Power BI, Salesforce and cross-functional partners to drive End User sales and regional profitability, with relocation across the US for rotations and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and up to 2 years of experience (including internship/co-op).
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to drive growth plans.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail, Commercial & Industrial, and Sales Support rotations.
• Collaborate with product, brand, channel, operations and finance teams.
• Track, analyze promotions and pricing, and help optimize merchandising.
• Develop regional growth plans based on data and market insights.
