Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group LLC is launching an Associate Staffing Consultant role within our Contract Staffing Training Program. The ASC will support the candidate lifecycle, sourcing, and assist senior staff while developing the skills needed for full lifecycle recruiting.

This is a relationship-focused sales role where building a robust book of business is essential. You’ll work under a counterpart (SSC/ALSC/LSC/RM) and gain hands-on training, mentorship, and nationwide exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and conduct candidate interviews.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide post-interview updates.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Support candidates on assignment and ensure they have what they need.
• Conduct proactive cold calls to identify prospects and build the pipeline.
