Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Associate Staffing Consultant to support the contract staffing lifecycle and develop a recruiter's full lifecycle skills. This entry role partners with an assigned counterpart and focuses on sourcing and supporting contract-based positions.

You will identify candidates, post jobs, interview prospects, prep for client interviews, extend offers, and manage relations on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and interview prospective candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and discuss needs.
• Provide post-interview recap and next steps to candidates.
• Deliver job offers and manage the offer process.
• Maintain relationships with candidates on assignment and ensure needs are met.
• Proactively reach out to candidates to build and maintain a strong funnel.
