Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates – via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, professional networking.
• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates and build a strong pipeline.
• Post jobs on job boards.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for interviews with client companies – review resumes and discuss client needs.
• Contact candidates post-interview – recap interview and outline next steps.
• Deliver good news – extend job offers and manage the offer process.
• Reach out to candidates on assignment and ensure they have everything they need.
