Beacon Hill Staffing Group LLC is seeking an Associate Staffing Consultant to support the candidate lifecycle within the CSTP. This role partners with an assigned Staffing Consultant to supplement the funnel and prepare candidates for client interviews.

Success hinges on initiative, judgment, and a passion for recruiting. You will be measured by activity, outcomes, and the ability to build a strong book of business, with mentoring from senior team members across the nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; core activity is communication with candidates and clients.
• Love for working with people and a high degree of self-motivation.
• Demonstrated leadership and a competitive drive.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding business and candidate suitability.
• Strong drive to meet goals and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and interview candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and discuss client needs.
• Coordinate interview feedback and next steps with candidates.
• Extend job offers and manage offer process for candidates.
• Support candidates on assignments and ensure needs are met.
• Proactively perform cold calls to identify prospective candidates.
