Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will source, interview, and qualify candidates, coaching them through resumes, interviews, and post-interview steps while building strong client relationships.

You’ll spend time cold-calling, posting jobs, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn to identify candidates, while collaborating with your team on open positions and recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to identify prospective candidates.
• Screen, interview, and prepare candidates for client interviews.
• Post jobs on boards and manage candidate pipelines.
• Schedule and conduct client interviews; coach candidates on resumes and interview techniques.
• Extend offers and manage the acceptance process for candidates.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates on assignment and with internal team.
