Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking an Entry-Level Project Scheduler to support wastewater projects in Gresham, Oregon. You will collaborate with Senior Schedulers to build and maintain project schedules using industry best practices and input from the project team.

Responsibilities include updating schedules, analyzing changes, and preparing monthly reports while traveling domestically up to 50% as needed. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years scheduling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of project scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) scheduling software and MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Schedulers to develop accurate schedules using industry best practices and project insights.
• Update project schedules and communicate results to the project team; suggest actions.
• Review changes for impacts to schedule and assist in preparing change notices.
• Review schedules for compliance with procedures, contracts, and best practices; recommend corrective action.
• Prepare monthly schedule reports for project and management use.
• Provide schedule guidance to users of scheduling software; follow safety guidelines.
