Job summary

The candidate will assist with contract administration, prepare and manage schedules, issue RFIs/RFCOs, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce and assist with CF Evans corporate safety, quality, and schedule/production management programs, fostering collaborative partner relationships.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of project contract documents (IFC drawings, specs, submittals) and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist with bidding, award, preparation, and execution of subcontracts and purchase orders; identify risks and resolve issues; create RFIs/RFCOs promptly.
• Assist with creating and managing: contract and 3-week schedules; subcontract trade controls; third-party activities; lead meetings for alignment and client communication.
• Assist with cost control of the project budget, including cost estimating, reporting, change orders, and cash flow analysis; document events timely.
• Proficiently use technology tools to ensure reliable results, gain efficiencies, and improve team performance.
• Reinforce daily goal setting and accountability with subcontractors and vendors; set direction and motivate the team.
