Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support project leadership with planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Assist with safety, quality, and production management programs.
• Review contract documents (IFC drawings, specs, submittals).
• Prepare and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and RFIs.
• Assist with cost control, budgeting, change orders, and monthly reports.
• Support meetings with Owner/Architect and daily coordination.
