Job summary

GrayMatter is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the successful execution of client-facing projects. You will assist with project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication, working with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to keep projects organized and on track.

The role offers exposure to all phases of project delivery and leadership development opportunities. Located onsite in Wichita Falls, TX, with about 20%–30% travel including potential overnight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of project coordination/PM experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of projects.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, status reports and documentation.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues, and schedule impacts; escalate as needed.
• Support subcontractor coordination and deliverable tracking.
