Job summary

GrayMatter in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support client-facing projects by coordinating tasks, schedules, and documentation. You'll work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to keep initiatives organized, on track, and aligned with client expectations.

This role offers exposure to all phases of project delivery and opportunities to grow into leadership. The position is onsite with travel up to 20–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, industrial operations, engineering, construction, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned projects.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track follow-up items.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, status reports, and other documentation.
