GrayMatter in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support client-facing projects by assisting with coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication. You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to keep projects organized and on track.

This onsite role requires 0-3 years experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong organizational and written/verbal skills, and willingness to travel 20–30% for site visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0-3 years in project coordination or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned projects.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up items.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, status reports, and other documentation.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues, escalating as appropriate, and support change orders.
