Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Partner Growth Specialist for Emerging Partners in a hybrid role. You will own a portfolio of partners, use data to rank performance and growth potential, and drive campaigns to push selected partners to upgrade and certification paths.

You’ll analyze OTS and RMA trends, communicate insights to partners and internal stakeholders, and leverage AI tools to speed analysis and presentations. Travel to partner sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of partners and drive quarterly growth and performance.
• Use data to segment partners by performance and growth potential.
• Identify upgrade and certification opportunities to drive partner growth.
• Build and run targeted campaigns to accelerate top partners.
• Track on-time shipments and quality trends; escalate and improve where needed.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to share insights and next steps.
• Travel to partner sites as needed to evaluate performance.
