Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering.
• Strong analytical instincts; digs into data to tell the story, not just report numbers.
• Comfort with ambiguity; builds a plan from loosely defined problems.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and AI tools like Claude, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of partners and drive growth and performance each quarter.
• Use data to segment partners by performance, activity, and growth potential.
• Identify partners for upgrade and certification paths to drive growth.
• Build and run targeted campaigns and monitor OTS and RMA trends; communicate findings.
