Job summary

Apex Tool Group (ATG) invites recent graduates to join its Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Program in Apex, NC. This two-year program starts in June 2027 and features four roles across multiple sites with mentorship and stretch assignments to build leadership capabilities.

Participants will rotate through functions such as Materials, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics, gaining hands-on experience, exposure to operations, and opportunities to advance within ATG’s global

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to relocate between rotation locations.
• Must be mobile during the program and able to work in person.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four roles across multiple locations over two years.
• Gain exposure to Manufacturing, Quality, Analytics, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders.
