Job summary

Apex Tool Group in Jonesboro, AR is launching a two-year Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Program starting in June 2027. The program rotates through multiple roles and locations to build leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of ATG’s products, markets, and operations.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in several areas, including Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, Analytics, and Procurement, with mentorship, formal training, and exposure to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• Must have 3.0 GPA at the time of graduation.
• Ability to be mobile during the program rotations
• Well‑rounded business acumen
• Previous leadership experience in an academic, athletic, or work setting
• Previous internship experience in a Supply Chain or role

Responsibilities

• Provide realistic job previews and functional exposure within Supply Chain and Operations.
• Challenge high‑potential participants with stretch assignments, which accelerate the development.
• Allow participants to contribute to the company’s strategic vision through value‑adding assignments.
