Apex Tool Group (ATG) invites graduates to join its two-year Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Program, launching in June 2027. The program blends assignments, mentorship, and formal training to accelerate leadership readiness.

Participants rotate across multiple functions and locations to deepen product, market, and operations knowledge. The first rotation is based in Jonesboro, Arkansas, with opportunities to continue in other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA at graduation.
• Ability to be mobile during the program and work in person as rotations require.

Responsibilities

• Provide realistic job previews and functional exposure within Supply Chain and Operations.
• Take on stretch assignments that accelerate development and learning.
• Contribute to the company’s strategic vision through value-adding rotations.
• Develop leadership capabilities across multiple roles and locations.
