Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science/Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.5+ with preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership and a proactive approach to learning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Internships or co-op experiences in the industry are valued.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a structured rotational program across Ready-Mix operations including Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet, QC, Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental, and HR.
• Develop leadership, technical and soft skills through hands-on work and mentorship.
• Build a network of mentors and peers across Cemex during rotations.
• Contribute ideas for innovation and continuous improvement in Ready-Mix operations.
