Enterprise Mobility in Weldon Spring, MO, invites applications for a Supervisor Trainee Program. This in‑person role runs Mon–Fri, 7:00–9:00 start times, with every third Saturday shift, and offers a robust benefits package along with a compensation target of $52,290 per year.

The program develops leadership, coaching, and communication skills while training in our contact center operations, preparing you to oversee a team within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or within 1 semester of graduating
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• As a Supervisor Trainee, you’ll be immersed in Enterprise Mobility’s dynamic culture and gain firsthand experience in our contact center operations by booking high‑quality reservations for three global brands
• You’ll develop leadership skills and prepare to manage your own team
• You’ll receive personalized guidance, mentorship, and support to help you thrive in a structured training program
