Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Weldon Spring, MO is offering a 12-week Supervisor Trainee Internship for rising seniors. It is a paid, full-time role (Mon-Fri) from May 17 to August 6, with days at Weldon Spring and some at Lakeside and Corporate locations.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience in a busy reservations center, coaching and developing others, and may transition to a Supervisor Trainee role in May 2028 based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must live in the St. Louis area for the duration of the internship.
• Must be willing to work out of Weldon Spring, Lakeside and Corprite offices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and coaching skills while supporting a supervisor-in-training role.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced contact center.
• Participate in tasks and projects and engage in friendly peer incentives.
