What You’ll Experience

Our Supervisor Trainee Program is a structured development track that combines focused training, hands‑on learning, and performance‑based advancement. You’ll receive the tools and support needed to grow into a leadership role, with the goal of becoming a Supervisor overseeing a team of 18–21 employees within 12 months.

Location & Schedules

This position is an in‑person opportunity, located at 600 Technology Dr. Weldon Spring, MO. Schedules for this position will be Monday‑Friday with a start time between 7:00am-9:00am and will require working every third Saturday (remote) 8:00am-12:00pm.

Compensation & Benefits

• Targeted Compensation: $52,290 annually, based on an average 45‑hour work week

Qualifications

• Must currently live in the state of Missouri
• Must currently live in St. Louis or the immediate surrounding area OR plan to live in the St. Louis or immediate area at the start of the program
• Bachelor’s degree required or be within 1 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
