Enterprise Mobility in Weldon Spring, MO is offering a 12-week Supervisor Trainee Internship for rising seniors. It is a paid, full-time role (Mon-Fri) from May 17 to August 6, with days at Weldon Spring and some at Lakeside and Corporate locations.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience in a busy reservations center, coaching and developing others, and may transition to a Supervisor Trainee role in May 2028 based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must live in the St. Louis area for the duration of the internship.
• Must be willing to work out of Weldon Spring, Lakeside and Corprite offices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required.

Schedules: This 12-week program offers a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule. This program will start May 17th and run through August 6th.

Location: This internship is primarily located at our Weldon Spring office. There will be scheduled days when work is performed at our Lakeside and Corporate locations.

Benefits : This position offers a starting pay of $ 17.25 / hour and includes paid training and more.

Program Details: This 12-week summer internship is targeting current rising Seniors at Colleges/Universities. The end goal of this internship program is to start in a position with Enterprise Mobility as a Supervisor Trainee in May 2028 (offer extended based on performance).

Responsibilities

When you join our Supervisor Trainee Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to supervise a team, take care of customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
