Sanofi invites high-potential graduates to join the One Sanofi Leadership Development Program, a three-year track-based program with rotations across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and other commercial functions in Specialty Care, Vaccines, and General Medicines.

The first rotation is in Sales, with potential relocation; subsequent rotations are based at headquarters in Cambridge, MA, or Morristown, NJ, aligned with your track and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA expected to be completed by Spring 2027.
• Must be willing to relocate; Sales rotation may require relocation and multiple HQ locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic view of disease area portfolio.
• Contribute to brand strategy and tactical plans.
• Support pricing strategy development across indications.
• Refine price potential analyses and market research.
• Coordinate budgets and leadership reviews.
• Prepare materials for governance reviews.
• Share best practices across markets and functions.
• Develop and track programs, tactics, and KPIs for a brand.
• Conduct market research to inform strategies.
• Contribute to analytics projects (pricing, models, forecasting).
• Participate in business development activities and financial valuation.
