You will rotate through assignments across business units, work with mentors, and deliver tangible results from day one.

Participants gain formal training, mentorship, and exposure to leadership philosophies, with opportunities for future leadership roles within our growing family of companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed between May 2025 and May 2027.
• Must be willing to relocate to Elkhart, IN for the duration of the program.
• Prior internship or work experience mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
