You will work with mentors, complete rotations, and accelerate growth toward future leadership roles within our organization.

The program combines formal training, mentoring, and real responsibilities to develop your technical and leadership capabilities in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation date between May 2025 and May 2027 from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through academic, athletic, or work pursuits.
• Must be willing to relocate to Elkhart, IN for the duration of the program.
• Prior internship or work experience mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Drive to serve in a leadership role.

Responsibilities
