Kennametal's Emerging Leadership Program (EMERGE) is Kennametal's early-career leadership development initiative. The immersive 2-year program offers rotations within Operations, Technology, or Commercial tracks, with leadership, professional, and technical skill-building.

Qualifications

• Final academic year in STEM, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Strong organization, facilitation, leadership, project management and communication skills.
• GPA 3.2+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 1-week onboarding and leadership series.
• Engage in rotations across Operations, Technology, or Commercial tracks.
• Collaborate with mentors and peers to develop professional and leadership skills.
