Job summary

Encore offers a National College Leadership Program (NCLP) that typically starts in July. Trainees complete a 5-month Manager in Training program and are prepared for immediate placement into Operations Manager or Sales Manager roles across a nationwide network of venues.

Qualified candidates should have a BA/BS degree, at least 1 year of related experience, and a willingness to relocate. Training includes rotations in Technical, Operations, and Sales with a Chicago corporate office component.
