Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is offering a full-time Manager Development Program to train and advance into leadership roles within consumer finance. Trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations in a structured 10–12 month program with competitive pay and incentives.

The role is on-site in Auburn, AL, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and occasional extended hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify best-fit services.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in achieving office goals and delegating workload.
• Support recruitment, staff development, and leadership duties.
