Job summary

Textron is seeking an Associate for its Leadership Development Program (LDP) to support the management team with coordination and execution of program activities across six functions including Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, EHS and HR. The role focuses on administrative, scheduling, reporting, and event support to ensure consistent LDP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
• Internship/co‑op in HR, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Recruiting or related field preferred.
• Experience with HR systems or MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist LDP Program Managers with routine coordination and administrative support for functional LDP programming.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the LDP, including recruiting support and data entry.
• Support planning and execution of in-person LDP events, including orientation and alumni events.
• Assist with agenda, content preparation, and distribution of surveys and results.
• Support on-site logistics and program communications per established templates.
