In this program, you'll have the chance to explore how various roles align with your skills and career aspirations. As an LDP, you'll embark on a challenging and rewarding journey that will equip you to become a well‑rounded Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) professional.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our ISC Leadership Development Program, a fast‑paced, 2‑year rotational program designed to develop future ISC leaders. Participants will experience two 12‑month rotations, gaining hands‑on experience in key ISC areas like Manufacturing, Operations, Facilities, and Supply Chain through challenging assignments across various departments. This program includes mentorship from senior ISC executives, customized training, and networking opportunities to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the ISC function.
Rotational Assignments : Engage in two dynamic 12‑month rotations, taking on key roles such as Materials Planner, Production Planner, Buyer, Facilities Project Manager, Business Analyst, Procurement Agent, Value Stream Leader, and Continuous Improvement Leader to drive impactful business outcomes.
Strategic Project Contributions: Contribute to diverse functional projects and assignments, gaining valuable insights into the alignment of finance or accounting strategies with overarching business goals.
Collaborative Teamwork: Operate within a collaborative team environment, receiving guidance and mentorship from your assigned rotation manager to enhance your professional growth.
Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, fostering a network of support and collaboration.
Leadership Development Conferences: Participate in targeted in‑person leadership development conferences designed to enhance your leadership capabilities, business acumen, and technical expertise.
Presentations: Seize opportunities to present your findings and strategic recommendations to management, showcasing your analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
