Job summary

Textron Leadership Development Internship Program in Finance & Accounting offers a 10-week summer experience designed to develop leadership and technical skills through real projects. Interns may rotate across areas such as Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury, gaining exposure to enterprise Finance leaders and potential full-time opportunities upon graduation.

You will receive mentorship, on-the-job training, and a housing stipend if eligible, with internships available across multiple Textron

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week internship, placed in a project within Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Financial Analyst, Finance Operations, Program Finance, or Pricing & Estimating.
• Contribute to a variety of projects to grow leadership, business acumen, and technical skills.
• Work within a team under guidance from your assigned manager.
